Force Femmes aims at supporting women over 45 in their job researches, opening them to new professional areas, supporting their changing wills and linking them to potential employers.

Force Femmes is also working at promoting an ethic and united women network aiming to fight senior women discriminations in their work researches with the help of her partner The Coca-Cola Foundation.
